Full-stack Web Engineer

Choko has extensive development experience at Google, Amazon, and LINE, and actively contributes to open source. Working end to end from infrastructure to frontend, Choko's strengths include API design and high-performance software development.

In recent years, Choko has also worked on GenAI-related development and technical support for startups, helping projects move from research and development to real-world deployment.

Career Highlights

  • Open source: Contributed gRPC support for Armeria and helped build high-performance decoders
  • Amazon: Developed and launched the OpenTelemetry Java SDK and drove integration with AWS services
  • LINE: Led infrastructure re-architecture and API development for LINE Shop
  • Google: Worked on the Google Maps architecture refresh and YouTube caption features

Kyon

Product Manager / UI/UX Designer

Kyon is a UI/UX designer and product manager who loves running and natto. After studying design thinking at Keio University Graduate School of Media and Governance, Kyon helped bring “Kawaii Search” to audiences across Japan.

At NTT's research labs, Kyon worked on planning, experience design, and design implementation for interactive exhibitions such as Henshin Kabuki and Deformation Lamps. The work has been exhibited in Japan and internationally, including at CeBIT and Ars Electronica Festival in the United States, Germany, and Austria.

After working at the XR startup MESON, Kyon joined ENJIN TOKYO in planning and creative roles, building value from both the product and experience sides.
